Martini Prosecco 0,75 L

Martini Prosecco is a dry sparkling wine with an alcohol content of 11%, produced in the Veneto region of Italy. It is made from Glera grapes — the variety traditionally used to make classic Prosecco.

The palate shows distinct notes of fresh apple, pear, and ripe yellow fruit. These are followed by peach, apricot, and a light citrus acidity that adds vibrancy and keeps the wine from tasting too sweet.

The aroma is fresh and fruity, with notes of apple, pear, ripe citrus fruit, and subtle herbal nuances. All of this pairs well with the lively carbonation and dry character of the wine.

Martini Prosecco is made using the Charmat method: secondary fermentation takes place in sealed stainless-steel tanks. This method helps preserve the freshness of the grapes, their fruity aromas, and the light bubbles characteristic of Prosecco.

Unlike Martini Asti, this wine is considerably less sweet. Prosecco is drier and fresher, making it a better choice for those who prefer sparkling wine with a fruity character but without pronounced sweetness.

Martini Prosecco works well as an aperitif and pairs nicely with fish, seafood, salads, and light appetizers. It can be enjoyed on its own or used in an Aperol Spritz and other sparkling wine-based cocktails.

It is best served well chilled, at approximately 8–10 °C. At this temperature, the apple and fruit notes remain bright, while the palate stays fresh and well balanced.
