Martini Asti 0,75 L

Martini Asti is a sweet, aromatic sparkling wine with an alcohol content of 7.5%, produced in the Italian region of Piedmont. It belongs to the Asti DOCG category — a protected designation of origin used for wines from a specific area and made according to established production rules.

Martini Asti is made from Moscato Bianco grapes. This variety is known for its bright fruity aroma and natural sweetness, giving the wine a juicy and easily recognizable character.

The palate shows distinct notes of ripe peach, pear, and apricot. Pineapple and other yellow fruits appear shortly afterward. The sweetness is pronounced, but thanks to the freshness and bubbles, the wine does not feel heavy.

The aroma is bright and fruity, with peach, melon, apricot, pear, and subtle floral notes. The aroma is one of the most noticeable features of Martini Asti even before the first sip.

Secondary fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks using the Charmat method. This helps preserve the fresh fruity character of Moscato Bianco and its lively carbonation.

Martini Asti pairs especially well with fruit, light desserts, pastries, and sweet snacks. It can also be enjoyed on its own — for example, as a light finish to dinner or whenever you want something festive and sweet.

It is best served well chilled, at approximately 8–10 °C. Chilling makes the sweetness feel more refined, while the fruit flavors and bubbles taste especially fresh.
