Mernaya Tradition is a classic Ukrainian vodka with an alcohol content of 40%. It is based on grain spirit and prepared water, with particular attention paid to purification during production. After traditional charcoal filtration, the vodka undergoes additional purification using silver.

Mernaya has a clean and fairly smooth taste with light grain notes and a touch of sweetness. The aroma is restrained and classic, without pronounced off-notes, making the drink well suited to those who prefer the traditional taste of vodka.

Mernaya Tradition can be served well chilled and enjoyed neat or used as a base for cocktails. Its neutral flavor profile allows it to be mixed with juices, tonic, and carbonated drinks without overpowering the other ingredients.

One of the distinctive features of Mernaya Tradition is the combination of two purification methods. First, the drink is filtered through charcoal columns, after which additional silver filtration is applied. This technology is used to achieve a cleaner, more balanced taste.

The Mernaya Tradition recipe uses “Lux” class grain spirit, softened water, as well as a small amount of glucose and citric acid. The glucose helps make the flavor rounder while preserving the classic character of the vodka.

The result is a straightforward classic vodka without a complex aromatic profile: clean, moderately smooth, with a light grain note and barely noticeable sweetness.
